I plan to call in to make my final payment and request the account closed myself so I am adding a notation on my credit report. How do I use my synchrony credit card to pay?
It’s not if you miss a payment, they are lowering credit amounts and closing a counts that are in good standing and selling off others. I think they are in some kind of trouble and I for one am paying off my accounts with them and will never do business with them ever again. I have been paying off all of my credit cards one by one. My TJMAXX/Marshall’s/Home Depot cards have paid off for months, my GAP card had automatic payments so never late and paid off for 5 months. All of the sudden, I get notice that all of these accounts have been cancelled.
Well, I just paid off JC Penney and they closed my account due to that negative remark on my account. That should not have anything to do with my history with JC Penney.
